Problem 742. Symmetric matrix
You must create a n-by-n symmetric matrix such that A(row, col) = row/col for col >= row.
Example if n =3 :
output is : A =
1.0000 0.5000 0.3333 0.5000 1.0000 0.6667 0.3333 0.6667 1.0000
since A(2,1) = A(1,2) = 1/2
or A(3,1)= A(1,3) = 1/3

In my opinion the caption of the problem "Symmetric matrix" has to be changed because it is too vague. I would suggest something like symmetric matrix with i,j=i/j
