Koorosh Aslansefat was born in Tehran, Iran, in 1989. He received a BSc degree in Marine Electronics and Communication Engineering from Chabahar Maritime University (CMU), Chabahar, Iran in 2011 and ranked 1st among BSc students of the electronic department. He received an MSc degree in Control Engineering at Shahid Beheshti University (SBU), Tehran, Iran in 2015. Currently, He was a researcher at the UNINOVA, New University of Lisbon from 2016 to 2018. He is PhD student at the University of Hull. He has a number of published papers in Reliability and Safety Area. His main research interests are in Artificial Intelligent, Optimization with Evolutionary Methods, Markov Modelling, Risk Management, Design High-reliable systems, and Robotics.
