Other Experience: Postdoctoral Research Associate, University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA [2016] ============================= I completed my Ph.D degree in computer science from the School of Computer and Security Science, Edith Cowan University, Perth, WA, Australia. I developed, as my Ph.D research, a computer-based vision system for automatic identification of plant species based on the images of their leaves. My main research interests are machine learning, image and signal processing, systems biology, numerical methods for ODE, PDE and SDE, mathematical modelling, data analysis and science.
