Does MATLAB provide an interface to AutoCAD?

I would like to be able to use the computational power of MATLAB to alter my data, then use it in AutoCAD.

MATLAB does not provide a direct interface to AutoCAD. It does support communicating with other applications through ActiveX. You can use ActiveX to interface to AutoCAD from within MATLAB. Please see the External Interfaces documentation for more information:
