How do I enable software development with Simulink and UML tools?

I want to know how I can use Simulink with UML tools. Specifically, I want to know how to generate code from Simulink models using Embedded Coder and integrate it into a software architecture modeled in a UML tool.

You can create Software Architecture models in System Composer, link to detailed designs in Simulink, and generate C/C++ code using Embedded Coder.
