How can I interpolate 13 hour data with each 10 minutes, in every second?

I have 13 hour data with every 10 minutes.
i want to interpolate it for each seconds
how i can do it.

Put the data in timetable and use function retime.

It another solution is done through the 1-D lookup table
as atteched simulink file
