Silent installations of MATLAB Compiler Runtime through a compiled application present issues

When I perform a silent installation of the MATLAB Compiler Runtime R2022b with the "MyAppInstaller_web" executable, I experience issues with the following argument:
- -outputFile with -agreeToLicense performs the silent installation, but if the Runtime is already installed, it does not recognize the installation and instead does another installation in a subfolder of the current installation (ex: C:\Program Files\MATLAB\MATLAB Runtime\R2022b\R2022b).

These are known issues in R2022b. Consider the following methods of installation:
- Downloading the compiler installer directly from mathworks.com. The -inputFile argument can be used for silent installations.
- Using the -inputFile argument on the compiled application's installer
- Running MyAppInstaller_web interactively
