Why do I get the error "Unrecognized field name "Comments"" or "Unrecognized field name "Code"" when I use the GUIDE to App Designer Migration Tool?

When using version 22.2.0 of the GUIDE to App Designer Migration Tool, I receive the following errors:

Unrecognized field name "Comments"

Unrecognized field name "Code"
