Why is my BLDC model not working?

Hi everyone, I want to simulate BLDC motor based on physics circuit and control motor speed by PID. But now the model is not working, can anyone check and give me some advice, thank you very much.

Your overall structure looks good in the picture, please provide more specific questions if you want additional help. I recommend testing your model in small steps to identify what is causing the problem. You can try to spin it like a generator with no control and try controlling it in open loop as 2 steps before closed loop control. You should test the individual pieces of your motor model to make sure they are doing what you want.
