You can use the Polyspace Report Generator log‑collection utility (provided as a Perl script in the attachment) to automatically generate and transmit diagnostic information to MathWorks Support.

This script collects all essential runtime data and configuration details related to the Polyspace Report Generator, including information about its key component, the connector. After running the tool, three text-based log files are produced. These files contain the information required by the support team to investigate and troubleshoot issues effectively.
