Why do I see the error “Download Failed: Server returned HTTP response code: 503” while downloading MinGW support package in MATLAB?

The third-party tools used in the MinGW Add-On are downloaded from an external website. If this external site experiences problems, then MATLAB is unable to install the Add-On. Try re-installing the Add-On.
Alternatively, you can contact Technical Support to get the required files and steps to install them on your machine.
