Is it possible to connect multiple bodies to a single Revolute joint?

Yes. You can connect one to each side. With second generation technology, you can connect as many solids as you like to each side.

Yes. Imagine a quadcopter with four propellers. You could have four revolute joints, each connecting to the body of the quadcopter, the other connection to individual propellers.
A more complex example would be a stewart platform. Those typically have two bodies each connected by six actuators that can control the separation and relative orientation of the two bodies. This is more complex than the quadcopter because of the number of kinematic loops. Simscape Multibody can handle this type of system.
