Error when I click on build model in SIMULINK

• I'm getting the following error when I click on build model while trying to implement the interface of the 'hdlcoder_led_blinking' program:

The call to idelink_ert_make_rtw_hook, during the exit hook generated the following error: Error while building the project.

The build process will terminate as a result.

Caused by: Error while building the project. The build failed with the following message: '"C:\Xilinx\14.4\ISE_DS\EDK\gnu\arm\nt\bin\cs-make.exe"' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

• The code is working well on the board but i m not able to implement the slider gain control because of this error

This seems to be Xilinx ISE synthesis tool installation issue; please check your installation and contact Xilinx customer support for additional support.
