How do I repair a MATLAB Installation?

MathWorks does not provide any direct features to repair an existing installation. MATLAB must be uninstalled and then reinstalled if you believe its installation files are corrupted.
Uninstall MATLAB
Download and Install MATLAB

Your IT people would be responsible for providing you with the installer.

Delete the installation folder and try again.
