how to capture information of tg.ShowParameters='on' to a file

There are thousands of parameters in my model.

I want to use simulink real time to set the parameters.

But to identify the parameters is difficult .

tg.ShowParameters='on' displays all the parameters , is there any way to capture it in a text file
