Updating a Support Package is done differently depending on the MATLAB Release you are using.

For MATLAB R2019b and Later:

        Home > Help > Check for Updates

In MATLAB R2019a:

        Home > Help > Check for Updates > Hardware Support Packages or Add-On Features

For MATLAB R2016b through R2018b:

        Home > Add-Ons > Check for Updates > Hardware Support Packages or Add-On Features

For MATLAB R2016a and Earlier:

        Home > Add-Ons > Check for Product Updates
