Error in appdesigner (line 25)
appDesignEnvironment = appdesigner.internal.application.getAppDesignEnvironment();

This issue can be resolved by shutting down and then restarting your computer, followed by launching MATLAB as administrator.Also confirm that you do not have any anti-virus or IP protection software that may be blocking network access
