Same Model works in Simulink, but fails to work in SimMechanics

Hello,
I have a 2 dof planar arm which needs to be controlled in joint and workspace. It works fine in simulink and simmechanics for joint space trajectory with computed PD control. If I define cartesian trajectory, it works fine in simulink but in simmechanics, I am not getting any response close to desired cartesian position. Any help about it please?

Any chance you could upload a SimMechanics model illustrating this issue?
