i need some help designing the transmitter and reciver for tetrapol system
modulation : GMSK
access methord : FDMA
And RF transmission and reciver for : 370 to 400 MHz
can any one give any hleads to proceep with the simulation project

Since this seems like a homework assignment, if you can provide the model you've built to solve the problem and ask a specific question about where you're facing difficulty, we may be able to provide some guidance. If you aren't sure where to start because you're not familiar with Simulink Modeling, I suggest you start with the Simulink Onramp tutorial (https://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/slref/simulinkonramp.html) to quickly learn the essentials of MATLAB.
You can look into the following documentation for some idea on how to proceed:

  2. Modulate using Gaussian minimum shift keying method - Simulink block
  3. Demodulate GMSK-modulated data - Simulink block
