Why does MLGetMatrix fail to work after I receive a Visual Basic Run-time error '424' with Excel Link 2.0 (R13)?
I am using Excel Link, and have a macro that calls MLGetMatrix. This works until I receive a Microsoft Visual Basic "Run-time error '424': Object required" dialog box from running some of my other code. As a result, MLGetMatrix fails to work for the remainder of my Excel session.

This bug has been fixed for Release 14 (R14). For previous releases, please read below for any possible workarounds:
This is a bug in Excel Link that our development staff is currently investigating.
As a workaround, please save your work in Excel, close all Excel windows, and restart Excel.
