This error indicates that your system clock has been set incorrectly. Please check that your system date and time are correct.
To change the system date under Windows:
1) Click on the Start menu.
2) Choose Settings.
3) Click on Control Panel.
4) Choose Date/Time.
For Linux;
There are two clocks to set. Set the system clock first using the "date" command. For example to set the date to Monday, July 15th, 3:40 PM, 2002, you would type:
date 071515402002
PLEASE NOTE: The system clock is set in 24 hour time.
Next you can easily set the hardware clock by typing;
hwclock --systohc
This sets the system clock time to the hardware clock.
