Why do I get the error "Server creation failed" when trying to use the function BLOOMBERG from the Datafeed Toolbox 3.4 (R2009b)?

When I run the following code:

conn = bloomberg

I get the following error:

??? Error using ==> actxserver at 91

Server creation failed. Invalid ProgID 'Bloomberg.Data.1'

This issue can occur if the required Bloomberg software is not installed on your machine.

To work around this issue, make sure you install and register the Bloomberg ActiveX Add-in.
