Dear Adriano,
As per error please save the your project (Maltab simulink file) in valid matlab formate then try to build the model on target comupter.
Dear Pemendra,
thank you for your reply.
I contacted Speedgoat support and they told me the error was caused by the Visual Studio 2017 setup. There is a Windows10 compatibility package which creates an error if installed (Windows 10 SDK (10.0.17763.0 or later) ). I tried reinstalling Visual Studio 2017 but the problem persists, I still cannot run the real-time application of my simulink model.
I am getting the following errors:

2-
Please let me know if you have any other suggestion on how to solve this matter. Thank you in advance.
Sincerely,
Adriano

Hello Adriano,
Have you gone through this process to set everything up?: https://www.mathworks.com/help/xpc/gs/set-up-and-configure-xpc-target.html
if your've already done that, you should check to see if you are actually connected to your speedgoatping using these trouble shooting options: https://www.mathworks.com/help/xpc/troubleshooting-in-xpc-target.html?s_tid=CRUX_lftnav
speedgoat has a number of resources for how to set up connecting to your speedgoat machine. Please contact them and get set up with customer portal access. https://www.speedgoat.com/
Both speedgoat and mathworks offer technical support for this type of issue. I highly recommend contacting them directly with this issue: https://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us.html

Joel

Hi Joel,
thank you for your help.
I have managed to solve my problem by refreshing the kernel file into the speedgoat.
